Those electrodes are dedicated for wast water treatement process or aquaculture. Measure element (Lead anode and Silver or Gold cathode) is interchangeable. This one can be regenerated by electrolyte gel and Lead anode replacement, for low cost.
In general case, Silver cathode is commonly used, Gold cathode is mainly use for sulphurous water.
