PRINCIPLE
To operate correctly, flow must be vertical and upward. If a fluid goes through a measuring tube, with a diaphragm and a conic float, the float is lifted up to a balance point depending on the float weight, on the flow strenght and on the diameter of the tube. - Every balance point corresponds to a flow value. - Flow value indication is done by magnetic transmission.

MEASURE SCALES
In the case of air flow mesurement, float will be allways in PVDF, the flowmeter frame will be in Stainless Steel. Assuming that density difference between the float and the gaz flow is not very important, pumping phenomenon are avoided. We suggest to use this type of material for pressures up to 4 absolute bar. In other cases, flowmeter mesuring tube diameter should be bigger than the pipe.
OPTIONS
Contacts Flowmeters are available with 2 inductive contacts. They are disposed on a groove into the box and are adjustable over all the scale range. Those contact are available in intrinsic safe security: EEx ib IIC T6. To be used with BAMOTOP 406 or RDN 11 relay. Electric output 1/2"
Analogic output
It is possible to set up with 2 or 3 wires transmiter to have an analogic output 2 wires transmitter: 4-20 mA output 3 wires transmitter: 0-20mA output Signal linerarity: < ±1% Cable gland: 1/2" Available intrinsic safe security : EEx ib IIC T6.
Pneumatic output
