Conventional site glasses
Components : Stainless steel Glass, PPh, PTFE
Visual liquid level indication
Remote alarm signals available
DESCRIPTION
The Glass float chamber containing a magnetic float which rises and falls with fluid level changes, is connected to the vessel wall. As the float moves in the chamber, its providing an indication of liquid level. For added protection, the glass level tube may be protected with a transparent PVC screen. High or Low Level Switches Adjustable switches BSM 501 or BRK 60 (see page 585-01 and 585-02) are mounted to the exterior of the float, they are actuated by the magnetic field. Switches may be wired to indicate a high or low level, control pumps, valves, or in any intermediate position deemed important to the process. The bi-stable change-over high breaking capacity switch actuates and remains in the actuated position as the float rises past the switch. The switch returns to its initial position as the float lowers passing the switch.

ISOLATION OF THE LEVEL GAUGE
On request, we install two stop valves (one between each flange) to isolate the level gauge. The valves have the same diameter as the flanges.
